FAQ:

  • My account has been approved, can I start to place my orders?
    • Yes! We would love for you to get started - for your opening order, we ask that it has a minimum of $500 and 2 units per style. If you have any specific questions about your assortment, email sales@alalastyle.com
  •  Do you have a size chart?
    • Can I place an order outside of the seasonal delivery windows?
      • Absolutely! While Alala offers four seasonal collections a year, we cut and keep stock of most seasonal styles, it’s always best to get your orders in early to ensure full availability.
        • Spring: Delivery 1:  2/15- 3/15.  Delivery 2:  3/15- 4/15
        • Summer: Delivery 1:  4/15- 5/15.  Delivery 2:  5/15- 6/15
        • Fall: Delivery 1:  8/15- 9/15   Delivery 2:  9/15- 10/15        
        • Holiday: Delivery 1:  10/15-11/15 Delivery 2:  11/15-12/15
    • When will my order ship?
      • Our products are warehoused and shipped from Kentucky. We ask that you kindly allow 4-7 days for order processing.
    • What is your return policy for wholesale accounts?
      • Return for credit is only eligible for damaged or incorrectly shipped products. Return Authorizations must be approved by a team member for credit before returning any product to the warehouse.
    •  What payment options do you accept? 
      • We currently accept  Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. All wholesale customers will be required to enter payment information at the time of check out. 

     

    Initial Orders:

    • To get started with the line we require an opening order of $500 +. We also ask that you purchase at least 2 units per style.
    • Alala offers 4 seasonal collections a year. Seasonal deliveries occur over the course of 8 months:
      • Spring: Delivery 1:  2/15- 3/15.  Delivery 2:  3/15- 4/15
      • Summer: Delivery 1:  4/15- 5/15.  Delivery 2:  5/15- 6/15
      • Fall: Delivery 1:  8/15- 9/15   Delivery 2:  9/15- 10/15        
      • Holiday: Delivery 1:  10/15-11/15 Delivery 2:  11/15-12/15

      While we cut and keep stock of most seasonal styles, it’s always best to get your orders in early to ensure full availability. 

      • In addition to our seasonal offerings, Alala offers a robust CORE program comprised of tried and true best sellers that are evergreen, always in stock, never get marked down, and can ship within any delivery window.
      • Traditionally, we ask all wholesale accounts to partner with Alala in ordering from at least 6 of our 8 annual delivery windows. (Most clients end up ordering with even more frequency J)
      • All new accounts are required to provide payment prior to shipping. Should you prefer to work with our factor, we are happy to do so but will ask to keep a credit card on file just in case.
      • Alala product is warehoused and shipped from Kentucky.
      • Please allow 4 to 7 days for order processing.

      Re-orders:

      • All re-orders have a 6 unit minimum.
      • Re-orders cannot be overnighted unless otherwise approved. 

      Swaps:

      • On a case by case basis, Alala will allow clients to swap out slow selling styles in favor of new items of the same season or CORE collection. Clients will be responsible for covering the cost to ship new styles and return old ones.
      • Returned product must be received and processed back into inventory before the new styles can ship.

      Returns:

      • Return for credit is only eligible for damaged or incorrectly shipped product. Return Authorizations must be approved by a team member for credit before returning product to warehouse.
