RETURNS POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of any unworn, full-price merchandise within fourteen (14) days of the original order's arrival.

Merchandise must be in unworn condition and must retain any labels attached to the garment. Merchandise must be carefully enclosed in its original packaging.

We will not accept returned goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging, or that show apparent signs of use.

To ensure that returns are processed in a timely manner, we require our customers to use the returns link (https://returns.alalastyle.com/) to process their returns or exchanges. 

Any returns sent back to our warehouse without receiving an RA from our Returns Portal or Customer Service team will be charged a $10 processing fee and we cannot be held liable if the return is delayed, lost, mishandled, or misprocessed.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable and $10 will be deducted from your refund if you use our prepaid shipping label.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCESS

To make a return or exchange, please follow the steps below: 

 1. Please follow the process at https://returns.alalastyle.com/. If you need additional assistance to process your return, please reach out to service@alalastyle.com.

2. We will send you a prepaid shipping label with the necessary return shipping information. Please note that $10 will be deducted from your refund if you use our prepaid shipping label. 

3. Package the items that you wish to return and adhere the shipping label to the outside of the package. 

4. If you are making a return, a credit will appear on your credit card statement within 1-2 billing cycles of our receiving the returned merchandise and approving the return. If you are making an exchange, your exchanged merchandise will be shipped to you via ground shipping. Any applicable tax and shipping charges will apply.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES
When making an international exchange, the customer should first place an order for the desired replacement item(s) in order to ensure that they are available. Once the replacement order has been placed, please follow the steps below to return the unwanted items for a refund.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
To make an international return, please follow the steps below: 

1. Please process your return request via https://returns.alalastyle.com/. If you need additional assistance to process your return, please reach out to .

2. Package the items that you wish to return and clearly label the outside of the package with your RMA number.

4. Once your return is delivered please allow up to 7 days for the warehouse to receive, examine, and process your return. Once that has been completed, a credit will appear on your credit card statement within 1-2 billing cycles depending on your financial institution's procedure.
