Returns and Shipping

ORDERS

Upon placement of an order and receipt of that order by ALALA, customers will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive an email with a tracking number. ALALA reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason.

For any questions regarding orders, please contact service@alalastyle.com. We will always make our best efforts to accommodate requests for expedited processing.

 

SHIPPING

We currently offer four different UPS shipping options.

UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day and UPS Overnight. 

Please allow 1 business day from the time of purchase for order processing, however we strive to ship all 2 Day and Overnight orders placed before 4pm EST on the same business day as purchase.

We ship to the shipping address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Shipments returned to ALALA as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees to resend. Unless otherwise noted, all orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, but not signature confirmation. Signature confirmation can be provided upon request. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer flat rate shipping worldwide with our shipping partner WYND. Please note that all customs and duties will be paid by the customer. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of any unworn merchandise within fourteen (14) days of the original order's arrival. Merchandise must be in unworn condition and must retain any labels attached to the garment. Merchandise must be carefully enclosed in its original packaging. We will not accept returned goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging, or that show apparent signs of use. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCESS

To make a return or exchange, please follow the steps below: 

 

1. Send an email to service@alalastyle.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. We must receive this email within fourteen (14) days of original order's arrival in order to accept the return.

2. We will send you a prepaid shipping label and returns & exchanges form with the necessary return shipping information. 

3. Please print and fill out the returns & exchanges form. 

4. Package the items that you wish to return. Include the filled out returns & exchanges form in the package and adhere the shipping label to the outside of the package. 

5. If you are making a return, a credit will appear on your credit card statement within 1-2 billing cycles of our receiving the returned merchandise and approving the return. If you are making an exchange, your exchanged merchandise will be shipped to you via ground shipping unless otherwise noted on the returns & exchanges form. Any applicable tax and shipping charges will apply.

6. Please note that $10 will be deducted from your refund if you use our prepaid shipping label.
