In an effort to honor Stress Awareness Month (April 2022), we teamed up with Grouport Therapy (@grouporttherapy) to break down the ever-present "silent killer" AKA stress. Follow along this month as we provide you with weekly stress management techniques & tips to keep stress at a manageable level (and avoid burnout!).
To kick off our partnership, our founder, Denise Lee, joined Dr. Maria Dominiquez (@dr.dthemft) and Toni Aswegan (@tonitalkstherapy) to discuss the strain stress puts on our bodies. Their informative discussion was focused on proactively getting ahead of stress, as prolonged exposure to stress is proven to cause serious damage to our mental and physical health.
