RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

ALL ITEMS SOLD ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT AVAILABLE FOR REFUND

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of any unworn merchandise within fourteen (14) days of the original order's arrival.

Merchandise must be in unworn condition and must retain any labels attached to the garment. Merchandise must be carefully enclosed in its original packaging.

We will not accept returned goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging, or that show apparent signs of use. Product will be inspected upon receipt, items that are not compliant with the above policy will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable and $10 will be deducted from your refund if you use our prepaid shipping label. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCESS

To make a return or exchange, please follow the steps below: 

1. Please follow the process at https://alalastyle.startreturn.com/ . If you need additional assistance to process your return, please reach out to service@alalastyle.com

2. We will send you a prepaid shipping label with the necessary return shipping information. Please note for returns $10 will be deducted from your refund if you use our prepaid shipping label. 

3. Package the items that you wish to return and adhere the shipping label to the outside of the package. 

4. If you are making a return, a credit will appear on your credit card statement within 1-2 billing cycles of our receiving the returned merchandise and approving the return. If you are making an exchange, your exchanged merchandise will be shipped to you via ground shipping. Any applicable tax and shipping charges will apply.
