Social Media Intern, Fall 19

What we’re looking for:

  • A passion for fashion, wellness and marketing
  • A social media guru who is comfortable working across various social media platforms
  • An organized and structured thinker who can see projects through from idea to execution
  • A creative individual who is able to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • An exceptional attitude and drive to succeed as well as the ability to wear many hats
  • Ability to commit to 10 - 20 hours a week in Alala HQ


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Engaging on all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest)
  • Organizing and executing influencer outreach + gifting
  • Scouting potential new brand & influencer collaborations
  • Assisting in order entry when needed
  • Market research / brainstorming new innovative concepts for social
  • Assisting event organization and outreach when needed
  • Assisting in the management of sample trafficking
  • Helping maintain sample/ back stock closet.


    Background and experience:

    • Social media experience is a must
    • Influencer marketing experience is a plus
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Excellent project management skills and ability to work within time constraints
    • Excellent written and verbal skills
    • Must be comfortable with brand / influencer outreach & communication.
