Q: How do I join?
A: Add the membership to your cart and go through the checkout process like any other purchase. After checkout, you’ll receive an onboarding email that explains how to access member benefits.
Q: Is the membership fee a recurring charge?
A: Yes. Members pay $99 every year for access to the membership program. The membership will auto-renew until you decide to cancel. You can cancel your membership’s auto-renewal at any time through your account portal (include a link) or by contacting our customer support team support@alalastyle.com. There are no termination fees or hidden costs associated with cancellation, though all purchases of the membership are final. If canceled, your membership will still remain active through the current billing period.
Q: Do I need to have an account?
A: Yes. Once you sign up, you’ll be prompted to create an account (if you don’t already have one). This is how you will access your store credit, referral links, and management of your membership.
Q: Is there anywhere my membership benefits are not valid?
A: The member discounts and free shipping benefits can only be used on our website. The discounts and free shipping benefits can not be used on 3rd party platforms such as Facebook Shop, Instagram Shop, or Amazon.
Q: How is the membership different from the current rewards program?
A: Membership is a paid experience that provides deeper experiences with our brand than our current rewards program. Rewards are free to join but don’t unlock as unique of an experience as the membership program.

Q: My benefits aren’t working - why?
A: You must use the same email you used when purchasing your membership in order to access your benefits. You have to sign in to your account to access your membership benefits.
Q: How do I access my $5 shipping benefit?
A: $5 USA ground shipping for any orders under $175 is automatically applied at checkout, no code needed. Any orders over $175 qualify for free USA ground shipping. 
Q: How do I take advantage of my early access to sales and launches?
A: You’ll be emailed separately from the rest of our customers to ensure you’re the first to know about any major sales and new product drops. There’s nothing you need to do to access this benefit other than opening any emails from us.

A: No, we do not support pausing or skipping your membership at this time. However, you can cancel and rejoin the membership at any time.

Q: Can I return my membership or request a refund?
A: All purchases of the membership are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
