    Name: Polly Rodriguez

    Handle: @polly_claire / @unboundbabes

Story: Co-founder of "Unbound", a sexual wellness shop taking vibrators, lubes, and sexcessories mainstream!

Equality means to me: When everyone is treated as capable as a mediocre white man.

    Name: Natalie Egan

    Pronouns: She / Hers

    Handle: @nataliejegan / @translatorco

Story: Founder & CEO of Translator. We build Diversity & Inclusion software for corporations, schools, & non-profits. I am also a mom, a runner, and an all-around human being that just happens to be transgender. So what?

What equality means to me: For me, equality is when all people have equal rights, access, and treatment regardless of who they are or where they came from :)

Names: Kara Liotta & Kate Hickl

    Handles: @karaliotta @katehickl

Our story: We met at Flywheel back in early 2011. Kate had already been working there for over a year after having helped launch the company when the FlyBarre program was added and I (Kara) took on a teaching/ leadership position. We were quick to become friends and actually traveled quite a bit together as we ran parallel jobs for the company during this massive growth and expansion time period of Flywheel - she was in charge of hiring and training the wheel instructors and I was in charge of the Barre instructors. It wasn't too long before we began dating in December of 2011. Fast forward to 2019 and after 7 1/2 years of dating, we're now engaged and in the midst of wedding planning!

Equality to us: Where the unique perspectives and differences among all individuals are fully embraced, valued and celebrated. Stereotypes are eliminated and people are free to show up as their most authentic selves.

    Name: Pêche Di

    Handle: @pechedi / @transmodelsnyc

Your Story: I started the first trans modeling agency in New York City. I also co-founded a dating app called “teadateapp.com”. We have 49k users around the world.

What does Equality mean to you: True equality means holding everybody accountable in the same way, regardless of genders, races, ethnicities and dreams. No one should left behind!

    Name: Tiffany Sarn

    Handle: @tiffanysarn

Your Story: I am someone who has traveled a very long journey from where I started. From a humble childhood being a kid who lived in fear and never had the confidence in life I am now a confident person who is proud to be who I really am and ready to share the love I have with everyone. I dream of the day every one of us can walk tall and be proud of who we are.

What does Equality mean to you: Equality to me means everyone of us gets the same treatment, same love, and same respect everywhere we go and for everything we do. We are all versatile. We love one another without conditions.
